Our products
- Aprils sells fancy imitation (fashion) jewellery. Our pieces are not made of solid gold, sterling silver or precious stones unless clearly stated on the product page.
- We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
- The finish of fashion jewellery can wear over time. Keeping pieces away from water, perfume and chemicals and storing them dry will help them last longer.
Pricing
- All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. Prices may change without notice, and promotions are valid for a limited time and may carry additional conditions.
Orders and payments
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted when we confirm it.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock availability, pricing or product errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
- You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge the total order amount, including any delivery fees, to your chosen payment method.
- Online payments are processed securely by PayHere, a trusted third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within Sri Lanka and will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver your order on time.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays and other factors outside our control.
- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
